At Diversity Forum Live, we encourage open dialogue on topical issues affecting the industry. Social media has reduced the possibility of localised marketing and branding efforts, as such, our discussions address how brands can successfully overcome the barriers to growing without exclusion.
There is a major misunderstanding when it comes to the diverse consumer due to a lack of understanding of the needs of the growing diverse cultures here in the UK. Lacking an understanding of the needs of the diverse consumer shouldn’t be a risk with the right knowledge and support.
